Demo review:
- very successful – lots of volunteers for sat. games, fiber arts, scrolls – dancing and comedia well received, site happy and will do it again, event run by Tessa, very interactive instead of reg ren fair, shared info for bday, lots of gamers, and history folks, very child friendly that folks didn’t have to pay extra for, gave away free rings
Other:
- discord server – new people joining, QR code is usable to invite people to server. When new folks joined, Odile gets a notification
- Charles would like to do something for United Methodist church – throw a dinner or something, Amy said in past we wrote a check, Laurel likes idea of an event more personal, Amy offered to suggest it to them on next work day at church
- Youth combat – he has contact families that had expressed interest – will have an orientation day, TBD, not same time as regular practices or same place – working on it
Birthday:
