- Charles now Youth marshal – soon looking for loaner gear for youth – we agreed to small sum last meeting

- Goat demo – Nov and 15 and 16th baronial demo – Springheaven now a 2 day event – Odile and Charles thinking about it – Charles has have promo code for free tickets – if can come to hand out flyers – bring something to show off – comedia show will be there – will be some merchants – there’s a discord channel
- Mistress Adair asked about our garb trailer – shout out, let everyone know how great Charles, Odile they are
Garb trailer: possible lending it out? or renting it out? if we wanted to do a fund raiser – could rent it out say like at a ren faire. Banners etc are assets – not for loaning to outside orgs. Laurel ok with Charles and Odile deciding on what they are willing to do. they took trailer to WOW per request of kingdom.
Fighter practice has been recommended to have in more conspicuous spots – Charles asked Fuquay gear in Garner of they would take it elsewhere, they were’nt interested.
