Attrition and newcomers:
- Buckston has a problem low attendance and low newcomers. New people are playing at baronial level and not canton level. They are attending fighter practices, dances, events, and guild/game nites in Garner
- Baronial Unevent (June 28th) – will warrant anyone who attends and takes warrant classes for offices.
- Honey Girl Meadery – holding a Demo on July 11th – 6-9pm – calling for fighters, fiber artists, games, etc
- Ideas for changing up regular meetings – go to other canton meetings (merge), hold a picnic at fighter practice, go to guild meetings/events, possible weekly standing dance classes
Future calendar: at June business meeting will return to planning two months out – with above suggestions in mind – Una will create a list of possible events, guild meetings, etc to share with group
