- Aelfric and Caitrina will also reach out to those players who have not been to SCA in some time to see if they want to play again

- Aelfric offering to put in a bid for 2026 birthday – Mansa Musa theme – Annais said after end of 2025 can put in a bid and vote will happen a month after that
