Birthday:
- spiked, working on it, site is Optimist Farm, will converse with Charles about Raleigh Ball systems/planning
Sir Walter Raleigh Ball:
- Charles will send Amy budget report
- Garb trailer worked well, though it rained again – going forward with loanig trailer – need to consider 2 week period of cleaning and reorganizing garb trailer
- next time a site walk through in advance – some things had changed from last visit to Murphy school and we lost aces to rooms, there were no utensils, not enough trash cans
- Honey Girl Meeadery – great success, will be glad to work with SCA again
- Liquor licensing – very complicated – had to work with three government entities due to location of site, location of person getting permit, and county of site.
- Going forward seneschal will be sure to be a part of reservation of site and siging of all contracts
- photo booth a big hit
- photo sharing – Veronica will look into all the steps necessary to be able to gather, and share photos and videos from our events – currently there is a momento album from Rlaeigh Ball – but, sharing is not permitted on other sites. Google photos requires inviting people. Discussed using photo waivers at future events.
- email collecting – discussed having an optional email signup form at events so if folks want to be contacted about SCA they can
- Meetup app was a success – more successful than Facebook on getting folks to attend and see events that are current (two folks that had never heard of SCA had looked at Meetup and came to event the same day that they saw it).
